[About the vegetables at the agricultural high school restaurant]

Our store mainly uses ingredients made by agricultural high school students, ingredients from alumni who graduated from agricultural high schools, and local ingredients.

However, we are unable to reliably purchase all ingredients (especially school ingredients).

In that case, we will use ingredients from outside the prefecture.

Some menu items also use processed frozen ingredients.

We will spare no effort to make our customers as happy as possible.
