[About the vegetables at the Agricultural High School Restaurant]

Our restaurant mainly uses ingredients made by agricultural high school students, ingredients provided by agricultural high school alumni, and local ingredients.

Although we do purchase ingredients, we are unable to procure all ingredients consistently (especially school ingredients).

In that case, we will use ingredients from outside the prefecture.

Some of the menu items also use processed frozen ingredients.

We will spare no effort to make our customers as happy as possible.
