[About the vegetables served at the agricultural high school restaurant]

Our shop primarily uses ingredients grown by students of agricultural high schools, ingredients from alumni of agricultural high schools, and local ingredients.

We do purchase ingredients, but we cannot guarantee a stable supply of all ingredients (especially school supplies).

In that case, we use ingredients from outside the prefecture.

Additionally, some menu items use processed frozen ingredients.

We will spare no effort in striving to make our customers as happy as possible.
